Established in 2017 as a wedding venue, Historic Venue 1902 is a historic schoolhouse in Sanford, FL. Located just north of Orlando. The building is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. What is now Central Florida’s premier wedding venue was once the Sanford Grammar School.

Our venue was restored to perfection. With many venues in the Orlando market, we saw a need for a timeless, unique wedding venue option. We knew we had to have the perfect outdoor ceremony location, all white walls, incredible private suites for couples to get ready pre-ceremony.
