Haus 820 is a fully renovated historic warehouse, formerly an A&P grocery store and then a furniture warehouse. It’s wall-to-wall white brick with gigantic windows and black industrial finishes are a perfect balance of vintage and modern.

As part of a redevelopment project in downtown Lakeland, Florida, Haus 820 is uniquely situated right off of I-4 and is easily accessible to Tampa and Orlando guests. The restoration of the building brings the largest, non-traditional event venue to Lakeland, Florida. Original white brick, 22-foot ceilings, amber stained and sealed cement floors, oversized warehouse windows and an expansive footprint will hold up to 500 seated guests.
