Our team worked alongside the talented, Noor Zufari Creative, to assist her client with a fundraising gala to celebrate the FIRST all-civilian rocket launch! All the decor and rentals were brought in by the vendors below. Elements of space, extra-terrestrial creatures, and astronauts were sprinkled throughout the event. Our client tasked us with creating signature items that had a unique, space-like element.

We served our Butterfly Tea as the greet drink. Brewed Butterfly Pea Tea is a caffeine-free herbal beverage made from an infusion of flower petals. The natural color of this beverage is a rich blue but it changes to a beautiful purple color when a little acid is added. For this event, we added lemonade and vodka to the Butterfly Tea and guests were able to watch the tasty cocktail change from blue to purple! Our dessert also had a "show" element. We served what we called the "Galaxy White Chocolate Dome". The design of the dome consisted of blue and lavender swirls giving off the look of a planet. Warm Salted Caramel Sauce is poured on the center of the dome causing it to melt, revealing a mini Crème Brulée Cheesecake. YUM! Our team had a blast being a part of this historic celebration!
